engineering interventions to protect wetlands and fisheries and enhance
the suitability of drainage water for intermediate reuse in agriculture.

reviewing the relevance and effectiveness of the program’s capital
improvements and the impact of the various projects on the effectiveness
and responsiveness of ministry-level public authorities and research
institutes, governorate and district irrigation departments, and local
water user associations.
